Our facilities include everything that is needed to maintain our 99.99% service availability level agreement, from redundant power and cooling, to redundant uplinks to some of Australia’s largest transit providers and peering networks.
We’re here to help
Our technicians will install your machine in our co-location facility, and liaise with you by phone to get the machine up and running, or alternatively you can book a time to install the machine yourself, assisted by one of our tech’s.
From then on our tech’s will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year should you encounter any issues with your machine. In the event of a hardware failure, our technicians can be with the machine, and (if required) access to the data center can be provided within 1 hour, day or night. Neural keeps a number of spare parts on hand, including hard disks and memory.
